This is an abandon Holiday Inn from a few years ago. There was a reason Holiday Inn left to start a new building. The carpets are old, mattresses are old, this hasn't seen any recent renovations for years. This is a two star hotel at best.

Yes, this is an older hotel. But my stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and contained a refrigerator, microwave, iron & board, and coffee maker (don't remember if there was a hair dryer).
