I can't say enough about the help I received from the Sheraton's front desk staff, particularly Birdie. Not only is she pleasant but she is on top of things and very efficient.

This is our third stay at this hotel, but first stay since it became a Four Points by Sheraton (previously it was a Holiday Inn)....we stay here for the State Track Meet as that is where our track team stays. If we didn't want to stay with our child, we wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
First, the pros: Very...

not only was this room very dirty and very smelly. Checked out the next morning and everything was fine. Just got my credit card bill and saw extra charges on it from this hotel. They are trying to say my husband and I trashed the room the five hours we slept there. Never took place!! They also cant show me...

I would like to make special mention of the front desk staff, especially Sara (overnight shift). Those gals were so attentive & helpful!
I was in Peoria for business recently and stayed at this hotel 5 nights. Years ago this hotel was a Holiday Inn, I wasn't very impressed with it then but thought I would give it another shot since it had changed over to Sheraton. • The door to my...

The room was tired and dirty - and even though I had booked a certain type of room - ws told this was unavailable and no difference in cost was offered as a refund

We stayed here for two nights last weekend. A friend of ours had booked three rooms (including ours) through one of the travel sites and got a great deal. The hotel is downtown, within walking distance of the Civic Center (we were there to see a Bradley basketball game). There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. One of...

I have stayed in several different properties in the Peoria area when visiting my son who lives there. This one is located downtown, right off the 74, as is the Mark Twain Hotel, another I've stayed at before. The advantages of the Sheraton are that your room includes a small fridge and microwave, free (but spotty) Internet, and 2 bottles...
