The staff is courteous and very good at marketing. We rented the most expensive room and it was not clean around the microwave. The view of the river is across the roof of a busy warehouse with trucks coming and going during the night. The walls allow you to hear the neighbors pretty easily.

Paid a little more than I usually do just because I wanted to stay close to the Mississippi river. Everything was above par except for the water pressure in the shower. That to me makes this an excellent value.

We ended up on the opposite side from the river so the view wasn't anything more than a parking lot. The room was clean but very small, by the time we unloaded our gear from our motorcycles we didn't have much room to move around. The breakfast was good and well attended.
