Stay Away. I've had to stay here over the years, yet finally my company relocated us. The staff is indifferent. Service unreliable. Crappy workout facility. Expensive restaurant. Nothing around except McDonald's. Airport van only operates every 30 minutes. Far better hotels in the area.

The front desk staff is awesome. Even if they are busy, they make sure to acknowledge you and get to your question as soon as they came. I always look forward to going back to their gym. I live on the road, so working out is important to me. And having a great restaurant attached doesn't hurt either!

Not your typical airport hotel. Staff goes out of the way to greet you and to make sure you are satisfied. Shuttle convenient to airport and rooms very clean and comfortable. Stayed here for three nights and everything was fine. Harry Careys next door is a nice restaurant but does close early. I was attending at show at the Rosemont Center and while the price was a lot better it is quite a way from there. The hotel didn't run a shuttle to the show, so taxi fares add up there... More

Loved this hotel! We asked for a room with 2 double beds and got a suite with seperate rooms. This hotel is really clean, the restaurant downstairs is great and the gym is pretty decent too. The only downside to this hotel is the location. If you plan on going downtown its a 40 minute train ride.
