Spent a short nite there prior to a business meeting close to O'Hare. This is a very busy property since it is right across from a Convention Center and close to O'Hare Airport, but my check-in was very quick and I had a very quiet nite's sleep. Continental Breakfast was perfect...Cereal, Oatmeal and plenty of fresh fruit. Parking is tricky.

We stayed here overnight after botched connection to Amman, Jordan. Good rate. I'm a Diamond member so we were upgraded. Solid breakfast, good cookies, and reliable shuttle. We had some issues with internet and charges (free for diamond and gold members). The front desk immediately attended to the questionable charge.

Title says it all. Second really bad experience at a doubletree within a few months. I won't be staying at this chain again.
