We LOVE staying in HiExpress hotels. They have high standards that are consistant no matter where you stay. The O'Hare hotel is one of the biggest HiExpress hotels I've stayed in. Big issue with Internet connectivity, even at computers in the business center, super slow. Hotel blames provider but I do not believe it. Gym equipment old and outdated. If you can leave without those two rooms are average and so is location.
