I knew when we reserved this hotel it would not be great, but it might be nice to have heat in the room. They wanted send maintenance up, but we were tired and had an early flight, so slept with my coat on. Worse part we are Starwood members. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. I was surprised how reasonable the price was considering the location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent one night at the Sheraton on our way out of Chicago last week and found it very clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows in particular were very comfy. We found when we checked in there was no tp in the bathroom but one quick call to the front desk fixed the problem. Would stay there again!

Because of the price I would stay here again. I had a very comfortable king bed in one of the updated rooms. It seems that there were two parts of the hotel:updated and the non-updated. After staying at the sheraton four points in Ann Arbor MI, (which was fabulous!) we made a reservation at the "four points" in Chicago at O'hare. Big mistake!
