This was better than I expected based on some of the other reviews. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Very nice large shower. The restaurants inside the restaurant were very good. Especially the Steak House. Fitness Center was small but doable for catching a quick work out. I would stay here again :)

We stayed here due to a wedding and were very impressed. The lobby had a great high end fire place and check in was a breeze. They have the newer stations rather than one long counter, which is much nicer. We got a 16th floor room with a view of the Chicago skyline. The bathrobes provided were fresh and white.... More

It is positioned as an upscale hotel and n general the meeting rooms are ample, the staff is friendly although the checking is a bit slow because of inefficient assignment of personnel. Very nice and clean hotel. However, they were having heating and air conditioning problems. Our room was warm and wouldn't cool down. I also would have liked free wifi. Nice hotel in Wheeling, which is not really centrally located. Hotel was empty given Easter Weekend and was basically a ghost town of guests and employees. Clean beds and decent service made it an enjoyable weekend
