We had a wonderful time at Grant Street Inn. Have stayed there numerous times as a couple but visited this time with our two children. Loved the new rooms in the buildings across the street from the main building - very modern amenities, comfortable, clean & modern. Breakfast was great & we were able to easily walk to dinner. Can't... More

For the month of January I worked at Indiana University throughout the week, commuting to Bloomington from Muncie, IN area twice a week. I chose to stay at the Grant Street Inn twice a week for three weeks throughout January. the Rooms: I stayed in six different rooms throughout the month and each room provided a similar experience, but in... Grant Street Inn is very close to downtown Bloomington as well as the University and so many folks stay here when they are in town for business of some type. But it can also be a nice romantic getaway which is how we last used it. This will be a long review and I will end on positive notes so... More

I stayed here with a group of visitors to the University (well, there is not much else in Bloomington). The city is extremely pretty and as we were there for Spring weather, blossom and clapboard houses made a superb combination. The hotel is picturesque and has a pleasant reception area, a good and homey breakfast which varied o the two... More

With three children at IU (paid for by the dad who went to Purdue), we find it difficult to sometimes find a hotel room in Bloomington. The last trip was one of a spur of the moment and to no surprise, there were no hotel rooms available. An online search opened up a couple opportunities and I did my homework... More

I stayed at the Grant Street Inn for a sorority reunion. The main house is beautiful and well-located. You can easily walk to the campus and all of the downtown attractions. They put out coffee and treats, which you can enjoy on their cozy seating in the foyer. We asked them to set up a wine and cheese party for... More

My wife and I have stayed here since we were in college and Paul has been the best innkeeper we've dealt with. From great breakfast to comfy rooms and amazing service, do yourself a favor and stay at GSI.

I stayed at the Grant Street Inn this past weekend for a bachelorette party that I planned. We could not have chosen a better place to stay! From the beginning, Mary was extremely helpful in selecting rooms, providing discounted rates, payment, and all things that go into planning a stay for 15 people. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the... More

I've stayed at the Grant Street Inn four times over the past six years. What stands out at this B&B is the staff. Everyone is always so incredibly friendly. The room was very good. There were plenty of windows and outlets. The bed was super comfy (it reminded me of my grandma's bed). The flat screen TV had plenty of... More
