Overall it was a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was always hot coffee and tea available. The Continental breakfast was good, although the eggs served are powdered and not fresh. The high speed internet was the only downside to the trip. It was so slow it was unusable.

The front desk staff did a wonderful job of checkin and greeting upon arrival. The front desk staff also corrected an error with our online reservation immediately and without question. The breakfast had great selection with hot food, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, etc. The room and bed were comfortable and very clean.

This facility is in need of some minor upkeep, but offers the usual clean rooms, good bed and breakfast. Front desk help was friendly and helpful with area information. After a long day of travel, it was just what we needed.

We were very happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. The location is somewhat odd but my GPS made it easy. Might have been confusing without it. The hotel is very clean. The stairwells even had a bleach smell. Room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Sunday eggs much better than Saturday eggs. Easy commute into Louisville.
