I am a very picky person and initially we made arrangements at the Marriott. Other family members found this hotel and wanted to stay because of the difference in price. The hotel wasn't as bad as the reviews I had read. We stayed here for my step-son's graduation at Indiana University in Bloomington. The rooms can use a good carpet cleaning and more insulation, as we heard noises coming from a room that, well, we really should not have heard. “Cheapest hotel stay in 10 years.”

Everything about this hotel is average. Average rooms, average linen, average bed, average decor, but the value at under $50 including tax is terrific. This is not the nicest hotel but certainly acceptable and at under $50 I would stay here any time.
