We stayed here for a dance competition and it was wonderful! I had the best nights sleep! The beds are great and pillows are perfect. The pool is small but serves its purpose.

I attended a convention at the convention center there at the Hilton. What a wonderful, clean, happy experience. My room was clean and the hallways were bright. This downtown hotel has nicely appointed rooms but with small bathrooms (although the wash basin is separate) that reflect the age of the construction. No return dampner on the doors so slamming doors is an issue (why are these standard in Hilton Garden Inn and not a "Full Service" Hilton??) so as a light sleeper I will probably not return....

They finished the remodeling and the rooms look very nice. I stayed here 5 times in the last year and it is always clean. I enjoy every stay. They offer airport shuttle service but you have to call ahead to get on their log or you may not get a seat.

Just because it is branded with 'Hilton' does not mean it is at the caliber of a Hilton. Generally a good hotel, but could benefit from understanding excellent customer service. The service was good, just not excellent as would be expected from a Hilton.
