Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Cook was courteous and awesome. Hotel was in a good location and clean. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone who needs to stay in Indy. We attended the Mecum Auto Auction and it was a short drive to the indy fairgrounds.

Our stay started off fine. Very pleasant staff, nice lobby with beautiful atrium. This particular property is smaller than most Embassy suites. Our room seemed fine at the beginning. Stayed for 4 nights and everything was excellent - especially Lassandra! She made the best breakfast and always had a smile on her face. Thanks Lassandra - you made an already good stay even better. Clean rooms, decent location, and great drinks and appetizers between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.

Always clean and well staffed. Breakfast is always a plus as well. Newly renovated. Like the ease of entering and exiting highway from this location, yet you do not hear highway noise. Close enough to Indy without the downtown parking hassles

Embassy Suites was very good, centrally located, just a few steps from anywhere downtown. If in the cold or rain, it is part of the skywalk and can go anywhere. Make sure you don't get a room outside the elevator. And skim the pool before you let your kids in, there was chunks of lord knows what and lots of hair like it hadn't been cleaned. The breakfast chef is amazing and should train most of the staff there on fast & friendly service.

The complimentary happy hour was by far the best part of this visit. I also liked having a door that opened (to a super small balcony) to get fresh air in the room. Hotel needs a refresh. Fountain out front was missing part of its base. Many roof tiles shattered on a roof section below our room. Paint peeling and panel rusting above shower.
