“Thorpe House BEFORE AND AFTER”

We spent many weekends at Thorpe House when Jean Owens was the proprietor. She was wonderful. After her daughter-in-law took over, it was open some but not so much as a B&B or restaurant. We collect Cat's meows...so it was a great place for us to shop and stay. Last year it was not open for B&B so we discovered... More

“Cat & Fiddle - Thorpe House”

This B&B has a new manager and she is great!! . Food is wonderful and the rooms are really nice too. I would give the new "inn-keeper" a chance. No chance of double charging any credit cards, etc... with her. A Very out-going Christian lady. would recommend for a week-end get-a-way.

“Watch Your Credit Card Info”

We ate in this hotels restaurant while in Metamora for their annual Christmas Walk. Two months after our visit they charged our credit card a second time for the meal and and all attempts to reach them via phone and email have been ignored.

We have stayed several times at the Thorpe House for their annual Christmas Walk and loved it each time. The rooms are small, but clean and charming. Excellant food and great hospitality!
