While the rooms contained new furniture and bedding out did not mask the smell of stale smoke throughout the hotel. Rooms are redone. Nice color schemes.... Desk couch fridge. Walls are a little thin and doors slam due to inconsiderate people. Out of hotels control. Nice staff and clean.

If you need accommodations in Seymour, IN, I highly recommend this motel. It is one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. Although the structure is not new, the rooms and facilities have been completely refurnished, and they are spotless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A plus for me, this is a pet-friendly motel.

Nice room that was very clean, quiet and comfy. The staff was friendly and obliging. The breakfast was very good with some of our favorites like biscuits and gravy and other healthy, tasty food.

There was a bit of a musty smell as you entered the motel. Other than that our over all experience was great from the staff at the service desk when we checked in. to breakfast the next morning and check out. We would stay there again.
