We get there and get our keys, go to our room only to find it filthy and it hadn't been cleaned from the previous stay from another family! My husband goes to room phone to call down to see if we can get a clean room only to be put on hold for about 12 minutes...they never did come back...

Front desk staff very friendly and outgoing! The only reason for my 4's is price of breakfast when usually free for what offered. Rooms were great as far as layout and cleanliness but being a kid friendly hotel I wish you could keep up on painting more.
