“Perfect Romantic Getaway”

This is a perfect romantic getaway, so perfect we have been 3x!!! The James Oliver Room is probably our favorite as it is the largest room with a double whirlpool tub! “Perfect get-away”

We stayed in the Oliver Room...so relaxing! There is a gas fireplace, heated tile in the bathroom, heated towel racks, 2 person jacuzzi, and the bed is very, very comfortable. The Oliver Inn is a treasure - a treasure in terms of history, in terms of the genuine enthusiasm the owners share for their stewardship of such a remarkable piece of history, and a treasure in terms of the extraordinary food! I will not wait for a business trip to take me back there.

The Oliver Inn is a fantastic place to stay! The Innkeepers are friendly and helpful and a joy to talk to over breakfast. Alice makes a wonderful breakfast and the presentation is perfect ! “You don't want to stay anywhere else”

We have enjoyed Tom and Alice's hospitality many times over the years. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable and eminently relaxing. Some of the best nights' sleeps we have had have been at the Oliver. Entering the Oliver is like coming home. There's always a warm welcome and a snack waiting. My husband and I had a wonderful stay recently at the Oliver Inn. The desserts on Thanksgiving evening were to die for and the breakfast equally fabulous, especially the French Toast! Tom and Alice welcomed us back (we only visit once per year for a Notre Dame football weekend) as if we are "old friends".
