Hi My husband and I just had the pleasure of an over night at the Pear Tree. They were welcoming to my sick kitty who needed to be with us. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The rooms were well furnished very clean and nice. We had a quite good nights sleep and a better than usual free breakfast. Also...

At first I thought that this hotel would be a bad choice do to its close proximity to the interstate and a main drag. I couldn't have been more wrong though as I don't have one bad thing to say.
there's ample free parking around the hotels well lit lot, although exiting can be challenging do to the high amount...

We arrived late and were exhausted. Greeted by the front desk clerk who promptly checked us inn, offered us popcorn and gave us a very clean, but very small (but adequate) room. The room had a king sized bed, recliner chair, desk and chair and flat screen TV. Breakfast was fresh, but had no protein except peanut butter. However, the...

This hotel is literally right next door to a Drury Inn. The Drury rate was about $100 and Pear Tree was about $55. The main differences I saw was Pear Tree had no pool and just a continental breakfast (included waffle maker). Both hotels are pet friendly and don't charge a pet fee. Our room was clean and comfortable. No...

We always stay in Terre Haute on our way back cross the Midwest on the way home. Have typically stayed at Comfort Suites in Terre Haute, but the prices were too much this time. Found the Pear Tree Inn (apparently the "economical" arm of the Drury Hotel chain). Our room was $52 plus tax, so very economical. Angela, the night...

Stayed at the Pear Tree Inn recently for 1 night with several other families for the State cross country meet. This property is a little run down, no work out facility, breakfast was week, barely any room to eat, and overall, I would not stay there again. We have stayed at worse, but I would prefer spending a little more...

Just off of the interstate. Very convienient to several fast food restaurants, but avoid the McDonalds. It was extremely busy (and had been all day they said), but help hadn't been called in to get them through these busy times. It was a nightmare for them as well as the customers. As for the hotel, the desk was very helpful....

Hotel wasn't bad, clean enough for a fifty dollar room, but word to the wise, if you aren't familiar with Indiana laws, you cannot buy cold beer except at liquor store. Oh and they don't charge extra for pets and staff was extremely pleasant.
We chose the Pear Tree because we have loved the Drury, especially since they welcome our dog, but were arriving late and didn't want to pay the higher price. Pear Tree shares a parking lot, and possibly management and houskeeping staff, with it's sister Drury next door. Yes, it is in need of updating as far as furnishings and bathroom....
