“Great Staff makes this great hotel stand out.. especially for this chain”

I have reviewed this hotel in the past with great remarks... unusally good for a property in this chain, and the reason I am back to say Positive things is that PK and GALE at the front desk are such stand-outs for friendly customer service and guest comforts. I do wish I had a hotel like this in every city... More

“Nice hotel, nice staff.”

I was surprised at how nice the front desk gentleman was, I think he was the manager or owner of this hotel. What a great guy. My room was great with a nice, clean, bright bathroom with one of the nicest showers I've had in quite a while. The towels were pretty thin which surprised me but everything else was... More
