It's fine. Nothing great, nothing awful. Ok breakfast, free internet in the room, plenty of channels on the tv, fairly comfortable bed. There are lots of things nearby....Target, Hy-Vee grocery store, and a Perkins restaurant next door and a mall across the street. Just east of the main downtown of Dubuque but within a quick 5 min drive. Overall the normal Hampton Inn experience.

The Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. Very quiet and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Dubuque...Oh, it's close to alot...there is a target, hyvee, and a mall across the street :)

From the phone call to make the reservation, to check in, to breakfast, all the staff with whom we had contact went well beyond the minimum to respond to our questions and requests. Stayed for two nights in room 369. Positives: Mattress, pillows, and linens were of good quality and comfort. Breakfast was the usual continental fare. Negatives: Mildew on the shower curtain, no refrigerator in the room, and the employees weren't friendly.
