The staff was amazing and so friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The facility as a whole was very clean. The breakfast was good. If ever in the area again I know where we are staying.

Great location on Dodge Street (Rt 20) and accross from the mall, a 24 Hour Walgreens and a yummy Texas Roadhouse (make reservations - longest wait ever but worth it). VERY convenience to both Port of Dubuque Casinos. Loved our stay and my son loves the the waffle maker!

Stayed here Sat. night, the pool area was clean, the staff were very courteous and nice even though it was busy. We even received free bottles of water and cookies upon check in. The room was very nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast the next morning, great selection. Would definately stay here again.

Front desk staff was charming and inviting... sweet old ladies there for check-in and breakfast that made me feel like "guests" and not a number. Recognized my Marriott Platinum membership right away, upgraded my room without asking... gave me a two-king room, which is very rare. They even had cookies at check-in... I like the Fairfield Inn brand and try to stay at them when they're within my business travel budget. The room I am in now is quite loud from the noise of trucks driving by hwy 20. If you stay here, be sure to request a room on the OTHER side of the hotel not near the highway.
