Love this hotel. I sty here on each of m trips to Iowa City. Its in the heart of downtown next to shops, bars and restaurants. The rates are very reasonable and the staff are super nice. They recently added a wine and tapas bar that just adds to the reasons to stay here.

High points: Wonderful location right downtown, next to pedestrian retail walk with restaurants, bars and shops. I was there on a Friday night, and the downtown was packed with people and had lots of energy. There is an adjacent health club that is nice ($5 charged by the health club, not bad.)
