We recently stayed here with a group of iother familes for a soccer tournament in Burlington, IA. The hotel was clean and well located with a nice pool. The room was also clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Would definatley stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Areas of improvement: housekeeping forgot the soiled towels one day, ice machine inop on my floor and need to clean the lighting fixture in the bathroom; could also have a stronger wifi with more bandwidth. Staff is friendly and dining area clean/maintained - the rooms have a microwave and refridgerator

I stayed at the hotel overnight on a business trip. As a Choice Privelages member got upgraded to one of the suites at no additional charge and was very nice. Overall very nice hotel, a GEM for the area, best hotel in region.

It is so sad to have the beautiful Brazelton Hotel in the condition it is in. When the former owners and their outstanding staff were there the hotel was clean, well run and had the best of the best customer service. How sad to see it go downhill just because the new owner/manager had never been in the hotel business... More
