“A very unpleasant experience”

The room was dark and dingy and hot when we arrived. The air conditioner had been unplugged from the wall. This was our first trip to Pella, and the hotel was very nice. Front desk staff were very helpful if we needed anything at all. We had friends stay here and there was a clerk at the desk, Debbie Lanser, that was the most rude and unkind person and should not be working around the public. She was a know it all that was never wrong and very unpleasant

“Basic and Clean”

Good experience overall. Office staff was very helpful. Room was clean and mattress was comfortable. The furniture was in good condition. The breakfast had a small selection of items, but the room was a good value overall.
