I stayed here while I was visiting friends. It was a great place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. They have a large great lap pool which was nice for our group. The rooms were big and beautiful. Comfy beds. The breakfast was great too. They even have a pancake machine. YUM!... More

I've stayed in many of the hotels in this chain, and without a question, this is the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest I've ever stayed at. I truly didn't want to leave. Needed to have a room near Hartley, IA and was happy we were able to find the Holiday Inn Express in Sheldon, clean and comfortable. Not very good with dinner recommendation!

We stopped at this hotel after a harrowing ride during a blizzard in which we had to turn back from our destination. The manager was so gracious and accommodating to our frazzled nerves. The beds were fantastically comfortable. The hot breakfast was wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel and its staff.

everything was wonderful in this newer hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, and very comfortable, quite rooms. My only issue was we reserved a suite to sleep more people. Overall property 5/5... it's brand-new (as of early summer '08). Excellent pool- must be at least 25m long, with marked swimming lanes. Separate zero-entry kiddie pool with small water slide, and very, very large whirlpool (would fit 12 adults without touching). Hotel room was spotless (and still smelled new).
