I was on the preferred guest floor. The extra amenities-robe-free water-shower scrubber-as well as the usual small shampoo, etc. were super. I didn't have any trouble getting enough hot water for my showers. The staff was very friendly, including room service.

We arrived for a baseball tournament and had a large block of rooms. We ordered pizza for the team and parents and the hotel refused to even let us use an empty meeting room or the empty tables in their empty restaurant. We ended up crammed out by the pool. I don't intend to stay here again.
