Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Breakfast was a basic continental.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel while traveling. There is nothing spectacular about this hotel, but it is clean and the staff is helpful; also close to eateries. We will stay here anytime we go thru Hays.

Get a room on the top floor, because it's noisy with all the late nighters coming in at all hours. Don't book a lower floor during a rodeo weekend, unless you're in the rodeo. However, a good location and good rates. Room was spartan, but clean.

This hotel was quite nice for the cost. Very clean, comfortable (I especially like the recliner in the room) and, given its location next to the highway, very quiet. This is an economical motel good for a night while traveling. Only issue is the bed was very hard. I woke up with a stiff back. Otherwise it was fine. A good idea to ask for a room on the south end to minimize the highway noise.
