I travel to the Lawrence area frequently and have stayed at almost every hotel in the area. I keep coming back to The Halcyon House for many reasons: excellent location between downtown and KU campus; quiet and comfortable rooms; friendly and helpful staff; and the price can't be beat. Simply put - a home away from home.

I made reservations online and received a prompt answer confirming the room for my date and time. When we arrived, the room was easy to find.
