Appeared to be a newer property that was very well maintained inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and courteous. In-house market has a good selction of drinks and basic breakfast and lunch type sandwiches. Rates were significantly increased for the K-State graduation weekend and likely as well fo rother big events such as footbal and basketball games.

Stayed at this location last week on a business trip. I was warmly welcomed by the staff & was placed in a well appointed room. The rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very accommodating getting us in our rooms early so we could get ready for the wedding! I called ahead a few days prior to check in and did not receive the same exceptional customer service but this changed once we arrived.

Overall a Wonderful experience! We hosted our Annual Conference here. We have never had such a great experience. The service and friendliness was amazing. The hotel is well located with good dining close by and easy access. The property is well appointed and is set up for ease of use and is very accomodating. The only problems I experienced was a lack of service with the wait staff at breakfast and the slowest internet of any hotel I have ever stayed.

It's such a shame when a brand new hotel builds something right out of motel 1980. As a frequent business traveler, I don't expect a whole lot from a hotel room, especially outside a major city. This is a beautiful new property located next to the conference center in Manhattan. Lovely indoor public areas. Parking is either in the conference center garage or behind the hotel. The front of the hotel faces a park-like block surrounded by several other hotels.
