I have no complaints with this hotel other than it is priced higher than the surrounding hotels that are of similar quality. “Basic Clean Hotel”

Nothing fancy about this hotel. But, it is clean, has a nice pool (sometimes warm, sometimes cool), very friendly and helpful workers. We find this to be the best value for a family in Ottawa! The breakfast is your basic waffle-iron breakfast. The hotel is in a great location with a Super Walmart and several restaurants within walking distance.

“Exception to the rule”

I travel 48 states and as a rule don't stay in Super 8 because I have had some very bad experiences ,however this property is the EXCEPTION TO THE RULE, we have stayed here several times and have always been impressed with the comfort and security.I was so comfortable I slept through breakfast,and would recommend this property.
