I picked this hotel because of its location being close to a client's business location. The hotel is easy to access. The front desk staff are very friendly. They even offered me a gift card for a free appetizer at a nearby restaurant.

I liked the fact that the hotel room we stayed in had two queen beds and a little sitting area with a sofa, chair, desk, fridge and microwave. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. I stayed here on a trip to visit family in the Kansas City area and was very pleased with the service and quality of the hotel. This hotel is in a nice clean area surrounded by retail shops. I've stayed at this hotel twice and the rooms are clean and comfortable but the staff isn't too friendly, Overall it was a okay stay.

Good place to rest your head if all you need is a hotel room. Good service, good breakfast, clean rooms. Only complaint was the fitness room was too tiny. They had one Lifefitness tread and one elliptical. The elliptical was squeaky loud (broken), leaving one working piece. Please consider improving or providing passes to a local gym. Thanks.
