The worst customer service I have ever get. Book the room online, but when I got there the receptionist ignored me for a while because I am Asian and refused to give me a room that I already paid. He said they have no room for tonight while their parking lot pretty much empty.

Very friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean, bed uncomfortable, no ventilation in the bathroom. We were on the non smoking floor but someone ended up smoking and made the entire hall way plus our room smell. Staff took care of it immediately, but still smelled bad.
