We stayed at this hotel for 2 days for our daughter's graduation. It is defiantly needing a update and a clean up. We struggled to find parking also, due to a convention. The front desk clerk did mention they were planning a renovation in December, so hopefully it will clean the place up.

While visiting Bowling Green KY again we stayed at the same HI. Still a very clean place and great location. Many places to eat close by and a very safe area.
HI needs to upgrade their TV and channels. Old box style TVs and channels are limited. Could not get ESPN.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was ok. Hotel needs some updating, but it was ok. Desk in room needed to be wiped down. Sheets were scratchy so my son had to sleep on top of sheets. I agreed with his criticism. Our sheets were better than his for some reason.

We went to see our sons compete in a Regional Championship at E.A Diddle Arena. Hotel is conviently located near a mall and the Arena. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel had a great atrium, clean rooms, and friendly staff. They could cut back on the chlorine in the ponds, though. Overall, had a great stay and will definitely return.
