I visited the Bowling Green Mel Browning Street location and was warmly greeted by the front desk person. I arrived very early but she worked to get me an early check-in. She invited me to have coffee and sit while she arranged it. Unfortunately in the meantime I realized that location does not have a hot tub and wanted to... More

Good value compared to other places in the immediate area, just off the Interstate exit and close to many restaurants. It is an area of "I'll show you mine, if you show me yours"....Corvettes I mean - so you may want to book in advance ahead of the Vette Clubs that visit in groups. Clean room -- good quality checks... More

Rooms were big and clean. The hotel a little aged and very close to the highway. The pool was outdoors and not usable in the season. Good experience overall!

We stayed here for one night on the way to Memphis/Tunica and used Marriott points for the stay. Great room (we have stayed before and had requested a ground level/outside access) and they accommodated us. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Great access to the highway and just a good, clean, friendly place to stop for the night.

First the positives. The bed was super comfortable! The best night sleep that I've had in a long time. The breakfast was pretty good. They had breakfast sandwiches, sausage pancake wraps, waffles, cereal, and other light breakfast items. The rooms smelled clean which is a big plus. Now the bad. Housekeeping came around at 8:30a. A little too early for... More

Jason and I rather enjoyed this Fairfield Inn. The note we received upon check-in was a nice gesture. The room was clean and the bed was wonderful. Breakfast was also pleasant. We will definitely recommend this Fairfield Inn.

This Fairfield Inn has architectural limitations; it's one of the older designs that includes first floor rooms opening directly into the parking area (upper floor rooms open from the indoor corridor). The breakfast room offers a nice selection but is very cramped, especially when the hotel is full. Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms have been updated with new... More

This property is not as spiffy as most marriott properites. But it was clean, breakfast good and desk person in AM was very helpful. Internet was SLOW! Good for an overnight.

The hotel is fine...location is away from the newer restaurants on Scottsville Rd. However, the wifi is not just bad, it's slower than 14.4 dial up. Need a serious upgrade. And I did try to use the wireless booster, that only made it slower. I do not have any viruses, or malware...it's not my equipment. If you want to watch... More

While checking in at the Fairfield Inn, Bowling Green KY. on 1/13/2012 my wife was beaten and robbed in the parking lot at about 6:30 PM. There are no security cameras on the property. The staff was concerned but the Manager did not even feel it was worth his time to come down and offer his assistance. The BGPD is... More

As the General Manager of the Fairfield Inn, I'm very discouraged to read this type of review. Our property has no history of incidents and is located among many other hotels and restaurants (including being right next to Cracker Barrel). Our hotel parking lot is lit up by several large lights, and we have darkening drapes to block out the... More
