The most basic of comfort needs a hotel needs to meet for me is a comfortable bed. We had a king bed that was sagging & you could feel the springs. To add further discomfort the bottom sheet didn't fit and wouldn't stay on the mattress and the top sheet & blanket were so short you couldn't cover yourself fully.... More

My friends and I had two rooms for 2 nights the weekend of the Kentucky Derby 2012. The rooms were VERY nice, and the service was better that GREAT! The breakfast was above average with something for any diet plan. It was warm and welcoming and I would definitely stay there again. The Manager and Staff were friendly and went... More

My husband and I spent one night there. It is clean. The rooms are in need of finish work as it is a bit rough in appearance. Breakfast was fine. It is ok for a one night stay.

We stayed here on our way down to Fort Rucker, AL in Feb 2012 - my husband doesn't care for indoor corridor for overnight stays, but it was free and we could park the minivan in front of our room window. Large flat screen TV, comfy beds and a large breakfast - what more do you need for 1 night?... More

I stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The room was large and well kept and the staff decorated the room for my anniversary at my request. The jacuzzi was surrounded by mirrors which I found very romantic it was large and roomy with a comfortable legde. I found the staff to be very friendly, caring and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful... More

The place was clean, but sort of shabby. There is an odd layout to the property. It has numbers in the 300, but only 2 floors. You go down stairs to reach the rooms. highest point is the lobby. The rooms were BIG with odd furniture for a hotel, recliners in rooms? Bed was comfortable, but seemed too soft, probably... More

Hotel is dated and plain. First room I was in the heat didn't work and had to change rooms. Much nicer Comfort Inn's in Kentucky for less money. Desk staff, however, was very friendly and handled the heat problem quickly. Good marks for service, but the facility is mediocre at best and not worth the money.

Hotel had been remodeled but still needed work. Room re-painted but not the best of work. Staff very helpful and courteous. Close to restaurants and shopping. Typical complimentary breakfast. Breakfast staff very helpful and kept room very clean. Thought the price for the room was a little high for the area. We would stay there again.

The room had a mildew smell. I woke up with bed bug bites or a rash of some sort. I'm guessing it was bed bugs was in to much of a hurry to look and see if the beds had them. But there is a lot of hotels at this exit next time im trying a different one.
