Stayed here for two weeks while on business. Enjoyed having the kitchenette and wireless service. The room was comfortable and clean, nothing fancy though. Mixed feelings about the staff, some were good, others were not so good. Do keep in mind if you stay here, there is no daily cleaning of your room.

Stay at hotel during Macy's Jazz Festival 2009. The staff was very friendly. The hallways and rooms reaked of smoke. We disinfected the room and beds. The hallway smelled like old garbage and the room stunk even worse. The staff was rude and obnoxious, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're looking for an unpleasant experience. Everything about this hotel is low class.

Room with very smokey. Had to have room service come in the stip the beds down and air the room out. We were in a non-smoking room; however, it smelled as if it was a smoking room. I must add though....housekeeping did a great job at freshening the room up.....something that should have been done prior our arrival.
