We booked our rooms last minute but got great service! The only complaint is that another party traveling with us was first next to, then moved above the conference room which was hosting a wedding or party of some sort. It was INCREDIBLY loud. However, on the 4th floor in our room everything was perfect!

the hotel is a farily typical convention hotel. Large open spaces, somewhat dated bathrooms. Bath in room did not drain well. Mentioned to front desk and were surprisingly given some compensation.
