This hotel cant go wrong in Lexington as it is in such a great location being downtown, attached to Rupp Arena and the convention center. A quick walk out the back or around the block and you are on the main streets of downtown with great local restaurants/pubs. Clean, large, newer rooms are nice.

We had a group of 15 in town to attend the induction dinner for our friend Jim Tucker. Upon arrival on Friday, the Hyatt was hoping. There was Country singer concert in Rupp Area. Check in was smooth, beautiful room, nice bar and rest. Since it was late & we were all tired, we ate in the rest. Their buffet... More

Unfortunately, I checked in the same night as the Blood Sweat and Beers show was booked next door at the Rupp Arena. After the concert, the hotel was a zoo, and the atrium area very noisy. Fortunately, I had a white noise maker and was able to crank it up to drown out most of the racket. So why did... More

This Hyatt is superbly run, every single staff member from the car valet, bellhop, desk clerks, waiters, and maids- we met were excellent, friendly and very efficient. One front desk clerk created a walking route for my friend, and then came up to her the next day to specifically ask her if it was satisfactory for her standards- amazing! The... More

I am a resident of Lexington and recently stayed downtown due to a wedding we were attending at the same place. I go to several weddings and have seen and stayed at every hotel in Lexington. The Hyatt Regency downtown is by far the best. It has the best location right on Triangle Park and adjoining Rupp Arena. The staff... More

Lexington, KY is a beautiful city & the Hyatt is at its center. The staff is friendly, the rates are reasonable, and the hotel is beautiful. Valet parking is optional. The beds are so comfortable. There are shops and restaurant in & around the hotel. Luxury doesn't have to cost a fortune.
