Friendly, knowledgable staff. Easy check in and check out. Suite seemed to be sound proff, could hear no hallway noise, no noise through ceiling with occupants upstairs, no noise of anyone showering next door or upstairs! Tastefully decorated with desk and comfy chair. Fridge, micro, dinette table, sofa bed etc.

A friend recommended this hotel and we had stayed here before with our daughters volleyball team. We didn't remember it being as bad 4 years-maybe is wasn't. But we will not be staying here again. We had a large room with 2 queen beds (beds were very comfortable), mattresses are pretty new. However, the hotel leaves much to be desired for cleanliness, hallways were dirty, tile floor was dirty, not just with dirt but little pieces of debris. We had a nice large king suite which had a sofa, table, microwave and fridge in the room. Free intenet connection. The room has a safe (which is good to have if you win big at Keeneland). This was a nice room. Queen beds were comfortable. Sofa available too. The spa and pool were relaxing, although the chlorine smell was a little strong. Would stay again if in the area.

I stayed for one night because I had business @ Blue Grass Airport(LEX). Hotel is off main thoroughfare so it is very quiet. Breakfast station was excellent. Really nice clean hotel - everything you'd want in a room and breakfast! But the traffic getting to it was terrible due to road construction.
