“L'ville out of hotel rooms -- maybe try a B&B?”

Maybe not. Very nice, interesting couple run the place -- along with a number of other businesses/enterprises; Campion House is a 2 unit guest house (former garage + apt.) in back of house next door ("big house" is nearly all boarded-up) to the managers' house.
