Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel and rooms clean and very quiet. Never heard other guests above, outside or beside our room. Decor is a little dated, but for around $50/ night couldn't ask for better place to stay. Staying here was a very good experience.

We found the motel to be perfect for our short trip to Shelbyville. The room was very clean and comfortable. The management was friendly and helpful and the nightly rate was very reasonable. We recommend the Country Hearth and will stay here again.

For just $50 and it's a great little room. It shows you it is possible to charge a very reasonable rate and have a nice room. This hotel was very clean. The room had a large refrigerator, microwave and coffepot. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. No bugs, no stains, no holes in the walls! It was a treat to be here. We would use this hotel again.

We stayed here in June 2012. We stayed in a smoking room and the room was very clean. With the room being a smoking room, it did not smell like stale smoke as other rooms do. The bed was comfortable and the carpet was clean.
