I have stayed at this hotel several times for meetings held in Baton Rouge. I have never been disappointed with anything. Staff members are fantastic, great made-to-order breakfast and clean, pretty rooms. You can't go wrong!

The absolute worse hotel in the United States. Was dirty, looked dirty, smelled dirty. Nothing in room had been cleaned. Everything about this hotel was bad from check in to check out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I cannot accept a hotel not providing free wifi in all commons areas and hotel rooms in the year 2013 - it should be included as part of the base service, just like AC, runnning water, electricity, in room safe and bed. The hotel is clean, breakfast service is very slow but the selection and quality is ok.
