Our room felt more like a motel than a hotel. I've stayed in over 20 hotels across the country within the last 4 months because of an event tour and this was by far the WORST! This hotel offers luxury and pampering for travelers without the usual accompanying outrageous price tag. If possible, book a room on the 5th floor Concierge Level.
