The staff was most helpful. The hot breakfast was great. All the areas in the hotel were neat, clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit any where in the area. Lots of good restaurants and shopping near by. Quiet area.

Have stayed here twice while visiting Shreveport/Bossier City. The hotel is newer then the other Hampton located in Bossier City on Gould Drive. Excellent stay. The hotel is close to a hospital which makes it convenient for visiting families. The hotel is clean and all the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast is the only area that needs improvement. The eggs are powered and very unappetizing. The oatmeal was either uncooked or like wallpaper paste.
