This hotel appears to be the best in the small town of Franklin but I would rate it average compared to other similarly types of facilities. We frequent this hotel at least twice a year to visit family in the area and are always satisfied! Rooms were typical of other Comfort Inn's I've stayed in, clean with reasonable amenities. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast.
