Very disappointed with the La Quinta West Bank. We mostly always stay at La quintas when we visit America and are always impressed. The room was very small and smelled of blocked drains. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room super clean and smelled great as well. The location was great. A mall was located next door and it was easy to get to the Algiers ferry to go to the quarter. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be staying here when I come to New Orleans again.

I loved the hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly, especial the guard name Steward, I thank God for so many helpful and nice people. I was very grateful for everything that they told me about you all's city. Keep up the good work God has truly blessed you all.
