Read other travelers' reviews and they must have been paid to give it high marks. Grass clippings in the bed, mold around tub, lizard in room, and the coffee is great for a free breakfast. Rates not bad so guess that is the reason for such sorry rooms.

I will like to say that this was the 1st trip to LA that I did not have any problems with the hotel having cancel my reservations overall the 3 nights was great and will stay again on next trip back and that's in February 2012

Good room, clean , reasonable breakfast. After my night was well rested and ready to start over again the next day. Price was reasonable and you paid for what you got, no extra money for having a fancy name.

Many travlers that were at the soccer tournment with us stayed at other more expensive hotels and complain the next day of the noise and uncomfortale beds at there hotels. Would diffently stay there again!!

The Super8 Hammond is a PIT!! The staff was rude, the nonsmoking room stank of smoke and the washing machine and dryer were in use until almost midnight meaning we were unable to sleep even though we were exhausted!
