We always stay at this facility when we come to New Orleans to visit friends and family. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Facilities were adequate and clean. We experienced a problem with our tv and bulding maintenance tried fixing it for an hour sitting in our room vs just changing it out which ultimately was done. Staff were pleasant and the morning breakfast better than most with hot eggs and bacon in addition to cerals and fruit.

“They take your money in the front then send you to the back TO HELL”

The hotel lobby is very nice looking (where they take your money) the hotel area in the back is extremely worn down and looks like the projects (HELL). The pictures will suck you in but once you’re there you’ll realize that those pictures are lies. The property is old and could use some remodeling that’s for sure the only bright... More

Thank you for your review and you are very welcome. Our gate that was missing was out for repairs which has since been replaced. Our hotel has just went through an 8 million dollar renovation.
