Older property updated(2009) and rebranded as Holiday Inn. Front desk helpful. Our room 407 was large with usual amenities (flat screen, frig, comfortable bed, etc.) Price was high due to Jazzfest.. We a lot of time in Metariie and always rent a car, so no big deal getting to the Quarter. Would stay here again.

The room I was in had been remodeled and they were working on repainting the corridors. The hotel was completely sold out on a Tuesday night, so I think it stays pretty full. It's only about 7 miles to the French Quarter and 40 minutes to Covington, LA.
