i called the hotel to make resevations for the essence festival in new orleans. not knowing it was about an hour away from where i needed to be priscilla was patient and so sweet and stayed on the phone with me to help me make a reservation at another hotel awesome service..made my trip much easier.

Hotel was fine except we got the last room of the night and had to take smoking and then found out there were no roll-around beds available for our third family member. Had to make floor pallet, which was very uncomfortable for a 45 year-old handicapped woman.

Stayed here a couple of times before. Each stay including this last stay went without a hitch.. quiet and clean rooms.Friendly staff. will be back next month and plan on staying again. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was small, but perfectly adequate for two people. It was clean and quiet. The AC unit was quiet, which is very important to me. I would stay here again if traveling through this area. If you are heading west, this location gets you west of Baton Rouge for the morning rush hour.

Staff were upbeat from the start. Good location and very nice rooms. Breakfast area was clean and food was fresh. Will stay at this location again when in the area. The manager even took the time to visit with us. Great team in Port Allen.

I was pleased with my stay until it was time to check out. All the staff was polite and the hotle was pretty clean, but housekeeping was rude and I felt like she was trying to rush me out of my room just so she could hurry up and clean the room while she was on that particular floor.

My husband and I have stayed at this Hampton several times. It is so convenient-just across the bridge from Baton Rouge. The rooms are new, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast is well-stocked and good. The air conditioners work well and the beds are comfortable. I recommend this to anyone visiting LSU. The staff is also very accommodating.

I stayed here passing through for work. The hotel is directly off of the highway. It sits along several other hotels (although this one is further back) and there is a strip of food chains all along the road. My first impression when I walked in was very inviting. Very enjoyable stay in this well maintained Hampton Inn. Super friendly staff, reliable fast internet, and price was cheaper than staying in Baton Rouge proper. Very good location and minutes from Baton Rouge. The hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable and the facilities were just great. Would visit again if in the Baton Rouge area.
